A Sheridan Township, Mich. boy bent on seeing his father Monday morning, slipped into his stepfather’s red Pontiac Sunfire and drove more than 20 miles to nearby Caseville, leading police on a 50 mph chase along way.

“He was crying and just kept saying he wanted to go to his dad’s,” Caseville Police Chief Jamie Learman told the Detroit Free Press. “That was pretty much it: he just wanted to go to his dad’s.” (Detroit Free Press)
